Bruins Facing Injuries to Start 2022-23 Season

After a Record-Breaking Season, Boston Seeks to Overcome Challenges

Panthers Upset Bruins in 2023 Playoffs

The Boston Bruins are preparing for the start of the 2022-23 NHL season with a number of injuries to key players. The Bruins are coming off a record-breaking season in which they finished with the best record in the NHL, but they were upset by the Florida Panthers in the second round of the playoffs.

The Bruins have a number of players who are dealing with injuries, including Brad Marchand, Charlie McAvoy, and Matt Grzelcyk. Marchand is expected to miss the first few weeks of the season with an upper-body injury, while McAvoy and Grzelcyk are both expected to be out for at least a month with lower-body injuries.

The Bruins will need to overcome these injuries if they want to contend for the Stanley Cup this season. They have a number of talented players, but they will need to find a way to replace the production of Marchand, McAvoy, and Grzelcyk.

The Bruins will open the season on October 12th against the Washington Capitals. They will then play their home opener on October 15th against the New York Rangers.
